Last Call for New Orleans

While my trip to New Orleans is over, there are too many good photos & memories, so one more post for the road.
                                                          We were on the go!

Paying respects

Eating

Asking for directions, or maybe giving them!

Heads up, giant bunny men on the roof, 5 in all!

Impromptu street band, music is king

Jackson Square, "We were born for the storm"

The majestic trees canopying the city, really captivated me. We heard they lost hundreds in the storm.

This beautiful house was busy being filmed for The Exorcist 3

And this was a movie shoot for "The Tomb"

Love art with a sense of humor

The Sculpture garden is highly recommended

A Picnic with the Posse. Having Niki, be our guide for all things NOLA, was what made this trip all so spectacular. No worries about , how and where to go, it all just magically appeared!

Shrimp and grits for breakfast, there's a party in my mouth,

                           "Thank You touchdown Jesus"
Nun's on the run in the French Quarter

                                 Butt wait.......there's more

Dayna getting a better view

Nik lit her lighter in tribute

Some art with heart, I love the reflection

The 9th ward was starting to get overgrown in some places
Sid showed us he had heart         Somber reminders, everywhere

So while the sun sets on my awesome vacation, the memories will linger on............
