Artfest 2012 has concluded, an amazing 13 year journey @ the Fort. Art, Friends & Fun
Lots of wild deer roam the premises, their more tame then wild, but I didn't pet one to find out for sure.
A typical classroom where many masterpieces are created
The wonderful Miss Mindy from L.A., a fun creative spirit. The day went to fast, I wanted to create a whole new Circus Troupe with her, and tour the world. Alas, eight hours was not enough time, darn.
Showing us a little magic, rumor has it, she has a store coming to a Disneyland near you soon.
Another Peek @ her skill (above)....
Then we created out own. Above is a sampling of my work ,from 3 days
Christine and Sheri DeBow, Doll makers from the LA area, who were a joy and inspiration to meet.
Artfest is not complete without a little fence jumping.....
I leave you with the Castle and the surrounding beaches which, are focal points. I sadly did not get good picture of all the girls at "Troop 225" who kept me laughing, the whole weekend. Over 525 artist attended. With that, The event known as Artfest has come to a close. I've had many memories. You can be sure, I will be on the lookout for more art events that brings together good people and creativity. Cheers!
